Shipping & Returns
Delivery time is dependent on availability. If we are out of stock or cannot get your order out within 3 business days, we will contact you. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Our primary shipping service is USPS. All orders ship from our warehouse in Woodland, WA and should be received within 1-5 business days to all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery time is estimated by USPS and cannot be guaranteed. If you would like a guaranteed delivery time, please select USPS Priority Express.
First Class Shipping
All Canadian shipments are sent USPS. International fees are applied at check-out.
How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. If you cannot find your sales receipt, please call us at 360-718-8988 and we’ll do our best to track down your purchase order.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition.”
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. We try very hard to ensure that each order is processed correctly, but mistakes do occasionally happen. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
If it’s our fault, shipping costs are on us. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
