Robert moves south in the summer time to fish the Cowlitz, Lewis and Columbia rivers. Robert also operated two different lodges in Alaska one being Alaska Kingfishers on the mighty Nushagak River in Bristol Bay..

Robert has been on the cutting edge of new techniques for many years. One of his specialties Twiching Jigs and was instrumental in helping develop the twitching jig series. Robert’s trips are more about teaching anglers to become better fisherman so that they can take new and innovative techniques out on their own and perform well themselves.
